ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC)
The quality of a security system depends largely on how well a system is maintained over a period of time. Security systems today are almost foolproof, but the maintenance of the installed quality wears off in the long run. System maintenance hence remains a crucial factor. Maintenance of CCTV camera requires special skills.
Every client or customer may not have a specialized maintenance team to take care of all aspects of the camera setup. CCTV camera manufacturers, distributors, and installers are the best people to support in maintaining these cameras, as the complete technology is available with them. In order to help our customers in getting the best throughput from the CCTV camera, we have conceptualized Yearly Maintenance Contracts for CCTV Surveillance Systems
The same maintenance plan applies to all customer requirements like Burglar Alarms, Fire Alarm systems, EPABX units, etc. These contracts ensure peace of mind and assurance of device functionality and quality.

REMOTE MONITORING SOLUTIONS
A Common bottleneck that pops up when setting up a Surveillance solution or Fire alarm system, would be the monitoring process. Even though we can set up monitors or mobile views, a million-dollar question arises on whether it be an effective solution for 24 X 7 monitoring requirements and how good would be the response, in case of distress signals or intrusion. Consider the case of setting up monitors or alarm panels in security rooms, what is the probability that the cameras end up with mere random checks and manual mistakes creeping in. Industries, corporates, villas, apartment complex, and similar premises, who have installed a building management system which includes CCTV Surveillance setup, Burglar Alarm, Fire Alarm, Fire extinguisher set up, etc, usually lack this option of assurance. The result, the client ends up with additional manpower requirements.
Remote Monitoring is one option with which, the complete process is automated and we do the monitoring on behalf of our clients from a centralized location. A dedicated team would be reviewing through the cameras and alarm systems the whole time and whenever there are events like theft, break-in, perimeter breach, video loss, alarm, hard disk failure or any type of alarm trigger, it would be immediately reported for action. The process would include daily reports with snapshots.
Guard Presence and Assistance Monitoring
Guards will be monitored over regular
intervals ensuring physical presence and duty compliance. In-time and out-time would also be monitored to confirm work hours. Incase of any emergencies, with dedicated app, guards can raise alarms for support apart from immediate action and hierarchical incident reporting will be done.
CCTV, Fire Alarm and Intrusion Monitoring
On any intrusion scenario or emergency situation, the GSM dialler or internet connection ensures an alarm is raised on our monitoring platform. On verification with the video signal, guards or any designated authorities would be alerted. The signal can be unwanted entry, masked intrusion or a fire alarm, based on defined inputs.
Hygiene compliance Monitoring - Covid19
Crucial sanitation compliance in challenging times like wearing masks, sanitising hands, maintaining social distancing would be checked on designated areas for reporting. A weekly compliance check would be done and captured images would be notified to confirmed authorities, along with requested parameters.
